Robb Morgan

Robb is the Managing Director & Chief Operations Officer of Vineyard USA, where he leads the strategy, coordination, and daily operations of the National Team. A seasoned pastor and leader, Robb and his wife Julie have planted and co-pastored Delaware City Vineyard (DCV) since 2009. He continues to serve as Founding Pastor and elder, preaching regularly and supporting the church’s ongoing mission. Prior to that, they were involved in planting the Arvada Vineyard (2001) and served on staff at the Vineyard Church of Delaware County (2005).

Robb’s journey into ministry began after a powerful encounter with Jesus in 1998, following a career in business and college athletics. A graduate of The Ohio State University and former captain of the OSU Men’s Soccer Team, Robb has since served in a range of leadership roles across the Vineyard movement, including Church Plant Coordinator, Area Leader, Missions Partnership Leader, and with national teams like Multiply Vineyard and Vineyard Justice Network.

Robb and Julie have been married for over 20 years and are parents to two college-aged daughters, Emma and Via. Together, their lives are filled with good food and music, quality travel, and many outdoor adventures. These days, they’re raising chickens, sheltering kittens, gardening, and slowly growing an orchard.
